"We are very excited about the endless potential of this class. All three are going to make an immediate impact, not only with their physical ability but their passion for the game,” exclaims Head coach Rachel Sherman.
Dauer, a pitcher, has been named to the Los Padres 1st Team All-League in 2008 and 2nd Team All-League in 2006. She was also named Athlete of the Week in 2008, and received the Arroyo Grande Invitational All-Tournament Award. Also in 2008, she was

Lokey, a utility player, was named to the Northwest Athletic Association of Community Colleges (NWAACC) All-Tournament Team for first base. She was also named to the Second Team All-Southern Region for first base in 2008. Lokey has been a huge asset to her Mt. Hood team, leading them offensively as well as putting up big numbers in
the NWAACC in 2009. As of April 22nd, she has a .477 batting average, with a .543 on base percentage. Lokey currently has 33 runs batted in (which is seventh in the NWAACC), eight home runs (tied for fifth in the NWAACC), two triple, five double and 40 runs (second in the NWAACC). “Lokey will not only add more power to our line-up but will add versatility from the left side of the plate,” said Sherman. “ Lokey has the foot speed, arm strength and athleticism to play infield and outfield and will make an impact anywhere on the field."
Rosebrook, an outfielder, was named to the First Team Eastern Region as a centerfielder in 2008. Also in 2008, Miranda was named an All-American in the Northwest Athletic Association of Community Colleges (NWAACC) as well as setting a WVC school record for hits in a single season with 83.

Rosebrook has 24 runs batted in, two triples, eight doubles, and 36 runs (which is ninth in the NWAACC). Miranda plans to major in Fashion Merchandising.
Coach Rachel Sherman comments, "We are excited to have Miranda anchor our outfield next season. She has the ability to run down everything hit her way, has a great arm and will make things happen at the plate. Her leadership in center will make everyone around her better."
All three athletes will join the team for the 2009-2010 season.
